The question I don't see asked is what is the expectation of those 97 cameras? Does the customer require a full Live framerate for each camera?
For most Videowall/Multiscreen Clients the issue is one of decoding multiple Megapixel streams at the same time is that the horsepower for Software CPU & GPU decoding eventually runs out. In many instances this will mean a progressive reduction in resolution or FPS that can be displayed - Something has to Give.
