Mirror appeared to be of good quality. Unfortunately, the packaging could have been a bit better as FedEx damaged it during shipping (package was damaged on one corner which in turn shattered the mirror). Submitted claim and waiting for replacement.. 14-Jul-23 - Replacement arrived. Same issue. Called One Day Glass and submitted another replacement claim. NEED to protect the corners of the mirror when packaging (they do make styrofoam corners for packaging!!)

I originally ordered a mirror from One Day and during the time the mirror was in production I had an accident with my motorhome window. I couldn&#;t find anyone that could sell me a piece of tinted glass. I asked the rep who was helping me and I was surprised to find out One Day could help. Based on the recommendation from a sale rep I ordered light gray. Upon arrival, the tint was too light. I reached back out and re-ordered at a discount. Website was easy to navigate, ordering was also easy. I emailed them with a question before ordering and received a response very quickly. The item I ordered arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged. Considering my mirror traveled miles and arrived with several holes in the outer cardboard, the mirror was intact and perfect. Fast shipping and easy ordering. The packaging was overboard too. Yes, it was a mirror, but it was tightly and thoroughly packed! I think they have experience in package handlers being rough?
